Milk Mustache Mania's photo and illustration credits page (p. 94) gives ©2001 Viacom International Inc. and says SpongeBob SquarePants was created by Stephen Hillenburg.
A larger copy of the “You Wish” version, from Boys’ Life, March 2001, page 2, has been added to that version below. Its small print names Nickelodeon’s “You Wish” event of March 9.
