Notes
Official USDA 2009 reporting confirms that all 25 SAMMY winners were featured in a special Milk Mustache advertisement appearing in USA Today, Sports Illustrated, and ESPN magazines. Contemporaneous winner coverage dates the USA Today placement to June 26, 2009. The complete group-ad scan is still unrecovered.
The ad itself, with all 25 winners, is the main picture here (from the campaign’s own site); the names are listed under Winners. Newspapers named Inar Zhang (Mercer Island), Heather Adams (Centennial High School), Laura Bellamy (Duluth Denfeld High School) and Devin Guillory (McKinley High School, Baton Rouge), according to the research report; the ad prints Heather Lee Adams of Boise, Idaho.

Inar Zhang — contemporary milk-moustache portrait lead
Mercer Island Reporter explicitly identifies its on-page image as Mercer Island High School senior Inar Zhang wearing the trademark 'milk-moustache'. This is stronger visual evidence for the 2009 winner class, but it is not labeled as the full June 26 USA TODAY group ad until that printed ad is recovered.

Contemporary winner confirmation
Two independent 2009 winner reports sharpen the surviving evidence. Northwest Nazarene University states that Heather Adams and the other SAMMY winners would wear the Milk Mustache in the Body By Milk ad appearing in USA TODAY on June 26, 2009, and quotes Adams describing it as her own Milk Mustache ad. Mercer Island Reporter separately documents Inar Zhang wearing the trademark milk-moustache and gives the same June 26 USA TODAY placement. These are period confirmations and individual-winner visuals, not substitutes for the missing complete 25-winner ad.
