The Deseret News of December 5, 2003 (“Utah mom sports top ‘got milk’ mustache”; “Contest-winning mom milks life for all it’s worth”) reports that Amy Garff of Salt Lake City was the national winner of the got milk? Ultimate Soccer Mom contest, chosen from about 10,000 entries gathered at 3-on-3 soccer shootouts in 50 cities, and that she and her four children would appear in the ad in 2004.
