A black-and-white inflatable cow, still sealed in its plastic bag, printed in yellow “Milk it does a body good!™” with the red REAL seal, photographed beside the brown envelope it was mailed in. The envelope carries the label “Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board, 8418 Excelsior Drive, Madison, Wisconsin 53717”, a meter stamp reading “FIRST-CLASS”, “MADISON” and “JUN 25 ’92”, and the address of a recipient in Stevens Point, Wisconsin.
Issued by: Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board, as the mailing label reads. The postmark is the only dated evidence found in this search of the board using the national “it does a body good” line. No milk mustache; no campaign line.
