Collector Contest Offers archive documents this distinct promotional ad.
MilkPEP’s processor newsletter MilkSplash (April 2003, p. 3) says “MilkPEP ran ads in the March issues of Seventeen, Cosmo Girl and Teen People magazines”, that one contestant was “selected from the 16,000 correct entries”, and that “The first 500 correct contest entrants received a poster of the print ad”.
Main image replaced with a larger scan of the same page (2316 px wide; the earlier copy was 1152 px and is kept in the gallery). Same ad, line by line: the headline, the four WB show photographs (What I Like About You, Sabrina, Reba, Greetings from Tucson), got milk?, “Catch the Kiss Feb. 14” and the rules strip, which prints “Sweepstakes runs 2/14-2/18/03” and names The WB Television Network and the National Fluid Milk Processor Promotion Board as sponsors. Where the scan came from was not recorded by the research pass.
