Image found (553x362): a two-page spread marked “Advertisement”, headed “MILK Makes Every Kid a WINNER”, with a boy resting his foot on a soccer ball and a box asking “Is your child an S.I. For Kids Good Sport?”, and the got milk? logo. It comes from the Milk Ads Clearing House collector site, which dates it ©1998. The match to the old checklist title “Sport Awards — kid with soccer ball” rests on that description.
