Notes
New campaign-adjacent discovery. KESQ identifies Rayneisha Smith as the 2010 California Milk Processor Board Got Milk? billboard photo-contest winner and describes the winning varsity-basketball-team milk-mustache image. This likely resolves the user checklist’s generic “Got Milk? Billboard Winners 2010” lead, but the exact billboard image still needs recovery. Billboard art: “Congratulations Rayneisha and the Palm Springs H.S. Varsity Basketball Team! got milk? www.gotmilk.com”, released November 2010.
