The Milk Mustache Book (1998), photo and illustration credits (p. 152), credits the Seventeen winner ads with India Daniels and Liz Elkins to photographer Andrew Eccles.
The Milk Mustache Book (1998, p. 142) says Liz Elkins, sixteen, won the Seventeen “Mad About Milk” contest in 1998. With tens of thousands of kids collecting the ads and covering their walls with them, she had herself photographed in her bedroom, papered from floor to ceiling with milk mustache ads.

MILK / Where's your mustache?
Out of all my hobbies, my favorites are acting and collecting milk ads. How else could I keep up with my future fellow celebrities and learn cool milk facts? Like, it has nine essential nutrients, including calcium and vitamin D, that help build strong bones so I don't really break a leg when I perform.
