A fold-out headed “SAMMY Winners” in colored blocks, with small portraits of student-athletes wearing milk mustaches. No date is visible in the photograph.
Re-dated from “1990s” to c.1998 in October 2026. The earlier date followed Brandon Belford’s entry, which an eBay listing title dated 1996. The SAMMY award began with the class of 1998 (period newspapers call SAMMY 1999 the “second annual”), and this fold-out has the same layout, photographs and boxes as the 1998 SAMMY winners ad (extra-038), including Belford of Flint Township, Michigan, and the box “Photo not permitted.” for Melissa Orzehoskie. It may be another copy of that fold-out.
This fold-out appears to be the same piece as the 1998 SAMMY winners ad (extra-038): the layout, the photographs and the boxes match. The two records are kept apart for the owner to decide whether to merge them.
