Notes
Collector Contest Offers archive documents this distinct promotional ad.
An entry called “Fame Game Pieces” showed this same magazine ad and has been combined with this one. The fine print on that copy ends “©2000 America’s Dairy Farmers and Milk Processors”.
MilkPEP’s processor newsletter MilkSplash (May 2000, p. 2) says of the Fame Game advertising: “The print ads will be running in July monthlies, June weeklies and two national newspapers. Look for ads in Family Circle, Better Homes & Gardens, Good Housekeeping, Redbook, Entertainment Weekly, Newsweek, People, Time, TV Guide, US Weekly, The New York Times and USA Today.”
Seen in Newsweek, June 12, 2000 (scan page 7 of the Internet Archive copy), which agrees with the newsletter’s “June weeklies”.

A second copy of the ad
“Milk Mustache Fame Game” piece: “Win a chance to live like a celebrity for a year in the first-ever milk on-the-cap promotion”
Whether this is the cover of a folder for the same promotion is a guess.
