Probably an advertising page in Sports Illustrated for Kids rather than Teen People: the magazine ran an advertising section headed “HOT STUFF COOL SITES”, and its June 2004 issue has such a page with a got milk? item (“…hottest scorer in town? Hey, it couldn’t hurt. got milk?”). This rests on the matching section name only; the 2002 page has not been seen, and archive.org holds no 2002 issue of the magazine.
